How to Access Billing Details

To access your Billing details, click on your name or picture in the top right of your Student Dashboard and select My Account.


You can then select the Billing tab.


From here you can:

  • View/update your saved credit card.
  • View your recurring payments (subscriptions and payment plans) and cancel your subscriptions.
  • Renew a subscription or payment plan after a failed payment has set the status to Payment Due.

Updating a Saved Credit Card

The saved credit card is the one that will be used for any future payments (recurring payments and additional purchases).

To update this card, from My Account: Billing, click Edit.

On the next screen, you'll need to fill out the details of the new card and hit Update.

From this page, you can also Delete your saved card. This will cancel any recurring payments (i.e. payment plans).

Renewing a Subscription or Payment Plan

Occasionally a payment for your subscription or payment plan may fail.

If this happens, just hit the Renew button from your billing page in order to easily resume a subscription or payment plan after a failed payment!


Canceling a Subscription

To end subscription payments, from My Account Billing, you can hit Cancel for that subscription.

The subscription will then change to "Cancelled", and you will automatically lose access to the associated content at the end of the billing period.
